Member of the ASI.

Any one of the following document is mandatory.

• MCh or DNB PhD in Surgical Gastroenterology

• Full time faculty member of Dept of Surgical Gastroenterology (Govt. or Private)

• 3 years experience (after MS) in Dept Surgical Gastroenterology

• Faculty member of Dept of General surgery for at least 5 years with at least 50% of work in Surgical Gastroenterolgy

• General surgeon (MS / DNB) for at least 8 years with 50% of work in Surgical Gastroenterology

• Attended at least 3 IASG National conferences and presented at least one paper in these

• Published at least 2 papers on topics related to Surgical Gastroenterology in indexed (Index Medicus) journals

• Resident of (DNB/MCh Surgical Gastroenterology) - (Upload an official letter stating the same and signed by the HOD)
